Two Bite Tuesday – Brand Design – Sarah Cate: Creative

I’ve always joked about starting a bakery.

I just didn’t think I’d ever get to the point where I’d actually do it.

But as of July 2022, I’ve officially launched Two Bite Tuesday – a microbakery being run out of my kitchen! The concept is simple: Every Tuesday I spend the morning baking small treats, and the afternoons delivering orders.

The branding was inspired by a few things – I wanted to do a design that was outside of my usual, comfortable color scheme and style, something that would quickly convey what you’re getting – a small two-bite treat! The colors also may have been inspired by the binary sunsets of the desert planet Tatooine… because it wouldn’t be a Sarah Cate brand if it wasn’t at least a *little* nerdy.
