Being a baker can be isolating. Life is hard enough, no sense in doing it alone.

That’s why I started the Tampa Bay Bakers Collective, a quarterly gathering of bakery owners and head bakers. Once a quarter, we meet up and just yap – about life, about business, about how things are going. We help each other brainstorm, we offer support, we create a safe space to show up and breath for a few hours!
